The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Case No.142 of 2015 arising out of Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 696 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant of the deceased Subodh Yadav.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioner, I find no reason to take a different view in the matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
