Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 427 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, the petitioners, allegedly, caused murderous assault.

There is case and counter case. Petitioners are in custody since 21.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2676 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Patory Police Station Case No. 338 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
