Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner has raised the limited grievance that his representation before the District Magistrate with regard to inclusion his name in the panel of fourth grade employee have not been entertained by the authority concerned. For that he has filed representation giving entire fact for consideration for the District Magistrate but the representation is still pending and it has not been

Though the petitioner has filed representation dated 8.2.2017, however, the petitioner would file a fresh representation giving entire details of fact and the same will be disposed of within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
