Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation when further statement of the informant was recorded, he disclosed the name of the petitioner and three others on the basis of information gathered by him after the occurrence and almost similar statement has been made by the witnesses at para 15, 19 and 20 of the case diary.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan Town P.S. Case no. 357/2014.
