The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 205.950 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a room of "Math" and the petitioner has been implicated on the disclosure of Sanjeev Thakur who was apprehended from the spot. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
