Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.3.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded katta was recovered from his conscious possession when he was apprehend along with other accused making preparation for committing dacoity. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sahiyara P.S. Case no. 23/2015.
