JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 A supplementary show cause has been filed enclosing a letter dated 26.06.2018 addressed to the petitioner whereby his application has been rejected.

While Mr. Prabhakar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation informs compliance of the order of this Court, according to Mr. P.R. Srivastava learned counsel for the petitioner, the order passed is not in tune with the direction of this Court.

Be that as it may that the order has been passed, its consideration on merits can only be done in a duly constituted proceeding and the petitioner if so advised, shall be at liberty to
