Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner was remanded from another case and he is in custody since 13.11.2017. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the fact that there is no material

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16681 of 2018 (2) dt.26-03-2018 for refusal of bail to the petitioner, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Suiya Police Station Case No.102 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
