1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that the informant alleges that her daughter was married to Rahul and the marriage was love marriage and after marriage, his daughter was being tortured by the accused

It is next alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners killed her daughter by strangulating her for non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry and her dead body was disposed for concealment of evidence.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is also submitted that petitioners are not related to the husband of the deceased, in any manner, and are neighbours. It is also submitted that F.I.R. does not disclose this fact that petitioners are neighbours rather deliberately the said fact has been concealed to give an impression that the petitioners being family members were instrumental in killing the deceased. It is also submitted that why the petitioners would have been involved in the occurrence, when they had no concern with the deceased or her husband with their daily lives.

4. Learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners but then the learned counsel for the informant fairly submits that petitioners are not related and are neighbours of the husband of the deceased.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the

No.52765 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 3/3 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No.91/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
