The petitioner seeks bail in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 271/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 406, 420 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have cheated Rs. 3,50,000/-. He has already returned the amount to the informant by Bank draft. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.
