Petitioner's counsel is hereby directed to furnish copy of the present petition to Mr. Niraj Kumar, AC to GA 10 within two days. The matter is taken up for final disposal in view of the fact that petitioner has sought only a writ of mandamus. In the present petition, petitioner has sought for following relief/reliefs:
"The present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of MANDAMUS for commanding and directing the concerned authorities to
Patna High Court CWJC No.2677 of 2021 dt.29-11-2021 2/2 confirm her provisional admission in Sri Krishna Medical College known as SKMCH, Muzaffarpur and her further prayer for necessary permission regarding up-gradation by participating in counseling in other colleges for which she is entitled in accordance with the law and for the other necessary relief/reliefs on the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated hereinafter."
The grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed by Sri Krishna Medical College (S.K.M.C.). Fifth respondent, Sri Krishna Medical College is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner at the earliest.
With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
