The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that some body on the basis of forged documents were allowing the vehicles to ply on road and cross the check post on the basis of such forged documents.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Upendra Kumar has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32438 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Narendra Pal Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015.
