Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Foreign liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused-Sanjay Mahto. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nawanagar Police Station Case No.138 of 2019, subject to the condition that both
