Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is against 8 person of commission of assault. One had fired at the informant causing injury but the informant could not see who had fired.

Submission is that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3153 of 2018. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
