====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 563 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had filed a Cr. Misc. No. 3738 of 2020 for grant of bail, which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.05.2020 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months from today and now the six months have already passed.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5249 of 2021(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 563 of 2018 with a condition that one of the bailor will be the close relative of the petitioner and further condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for the purposes of investigation and interrogation, he will remain present for the investigation. In the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the present order will be treated to have been cancelled.
