JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No. 28 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that there was some enmity with the accused persons and on that account informant's mother was killed by the them.

Submission is that husband of the deceased, who is also not named in the FIR, later on was found involved in the murder of his wife and made accused and the petitioner is the nephew of the husband of the deceased and has no criminal antecedent and other co-accused persons have been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1652 of 2018.

No.1512 of 2018 (3) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Vikas Tiwari @ Vikas Pandey, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-14th, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014.
