The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.84 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 379, 498(A), 506, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 22.11.2022, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court. Perused the Mediator's Report at Flag 'P'.

Learned Mediator has reported that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is

In view of the fact that dispute between the parties has been resolved, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Ara in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.84 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
