Mr. Arun Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 379, 334, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60044 of 2021(2) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 It is a case of assaulting and demanding of extortion money by the accused persons including the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and no ransom demand was executed. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Benipatti, District- Madhubani in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
