JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) For issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to grant the benefits of 1st ACP to the petitioner w.e.f. 2004 at the place of 2009 and 2nd ACP w.e.f. 2012 at the place of 2019 along with all consequential benefits as the petitioner had already completed 10 years of service in the year 2002 and 20 years of service in the year 2012." 2.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Darbhagan Division, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is
Patna High Court CWJC No.12821 of 2022(4) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Darbhagan Division, Darbhanga shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
