Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the IPC. The FIR relates the occurrence of theft of motorcycle by unknown person.
Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2018. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner so far as this case is concerned.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22916 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 178 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
