In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.65 of 2019 (G.R. No. 309 of 2019), registered for the offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage. However, the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she of her own has gone along with present petitioner and now they are living as husband and wife.

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his
