JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-12-2016 Writ application is dismissed on the simple ground that such belated and delayed kind of claims after more than almost two decades are not required to be entertained especially when the scheme in question came to an end as far back as 1.1.1996 and the petitioner himself superannuated from service in the year 2000. There is no reason now to entertain an application on such dead issues and the issues are not required to be raked up after such delay.
Writ is dismissed.
