The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 307 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Allegedly, the petitioner was teaching the victim as private tutor who is a minor with whom he is said to have established physical relationship, taking undue advantage of the child's innocence.

Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined him to grant privilege of regular bail. This application is accordingly dismissed at this stage.
