JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2022 In pursuance to the order dated 08.04.2022, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed in the present case, wherein it has been stated that now the entire death-cumretiral dues including arrears have been paid to the widow petitioner, which is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off as having become infructuous.
