Petitioner is in jail custody for near about five months on the allegation of recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges from the conscious possession but the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, accordingly the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ravi Ranjan, J.M.
