Perused the impugned order dated 15.06.2016 passed by Subordinate Judge-XI, Gaya in Title Suit No.506 of 2011/22 of 2012/192 of 2015.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below relied upon a decision of this court in the case of Ganga Sagar Gond and others Vs. Ganesh Gond, 2002 (2) PLJR 772.

Perused the decision also. It appears that the learned court below has rightly relied upon the decision of this Court and has passed the order. Therefore, there is no jurisdictional error in the order passed by the court below so as to call for an interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
