JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 15-09-2023 Heard Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Bishambar Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Apurv Harsh, learned counsel for the State Bank of India.

2. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the Treasury Officer has advised to the bank for payment of revised pension to the petitioner, however, petitioner is still aggrieved for non payment of arrears on account of revised pension.

3. Considering the information given on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed

4. The appearance of Mr. Apurv Harsh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Bank of India is recorded and appreciated, who has taken due diligence in informing the Branch Manager of the Bank.
