The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 171/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have cheated the informant. The informant deposited Rs. 2 lacs in Weird Infrastructure Corporation. It is submitted that the money was deposited in the Branch of Gaya. The petitioner did not receive any money from the informant. The petitioner is simply an agent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 171/2015.
