Petitioner has filed the writ application, because the Magadh University's authorities have not issued him an NOC, despite application having been made by them, which is mandatory to obtain permission for admission of students in B.Ed. Courses. NCTE will not act upon the request of the petitioner till the NOC is granted by the university.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10024 of 2016 dt.30-06-2016 2/2 Since there is a time-frame within which admission has to be taken and if there is an inordinate delay in granting of NOC, the whole exercise will be frustrated.

Writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the Registrar of the university that whatever is required to be done must be done and either the NOC is granted or if there is any legal impediment the reason thereof will be made known to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today.

Writ application is disposed off with observation / direction as above.
