JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 This miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C.No.621 of 2016 to the extent of the Notification number mentioned in paragraph 2 at page 1 of the judgment which reads 'Notification No. CF.-17625, 67-2113-R dated 22.7.1967'. Mr. Rabindra Nath Kanth, learned counsel for the petitioner while admitting that the notification number as occurring at Annexure-1 to the writ petition is rather faint, submits that the number can be verified from the copy of the same notification enclosed at

Patna High Court MJC No.3509 of 2017 (2) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 Annexure-A to the counter affidavit filed in the writ petition which reads 'Notification No. CF.-17025/67-2113-R dated 22.07.1967'.

Having perused the notifications on record of the proceedings and the order passed on 13.01.2017 I am persuaded with the prayer for modification and let the details of the notification occurring at paragraph 2 at page 1 of the judgment and order dated 13.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 621 of 2016 be modified to read as 'Notification No. CF.-17025/67-2113-R dated 22.07.1967' in place of 'Notification No. CF.- 17625, 67-2113-R dated 22.7.1967' and which shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.

The miscellaneous application is allowed.
