JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was in-charge of godown of State Food Corporation and it is stated that being the in-charge of godown, he misappropriated 472.81 quintal Paddy amounting to Rs. 6,16,733.36/-.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that since at the very beginning petitioner had been drawing attention to the higher officials about the dilapidated conditions of the godown but no one paid attention of his request and letters of the petitioner, as a result of which paddy was destroyed.

No.35648 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Jandaha P.S.Case No.60 of 2015.
