JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 2.1.2017, seeks bail in Town PS Case No. 837 of 2016 (S.T. No. 535 of 2017) registered under Sections 504, 341, 324, 307, 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that this petitioner shot at the informant in his abdomen.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is a man of criminal back ground, the injury report was issued by the private hospital, he has been in custody since 2.1.2017 and now charge has been framed.

Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner regarding shooting at the informant causing fire arm injury and corresponding injury was found by the doctor who operated upon him and the petitioner has also criminal antecedents of serious cases.

Having considered the specific accusation against the petitioner his prayer for bail is rejected.
