The petitioner seeks a direction to the concerned respondents for making available to him the benefits of 1st, 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. to which he is entitled.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14456 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/3 that he has superannuated on 31.07.2016 as Jan Sewak and despite his entitlement for such benefits, he has not been given the same.

He further submits that for a short period, his services were terminated, but on appeal, such termination order was set aside and the petitioner was given a minor punishment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are no impediments in the petitioner getting the benefits under the A.C.P. / M.A.C.P. Schemes which have been made applicable to services of a Jan Sewak as well. A representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner is pending since long.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya, ventilating all his grievances, within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of the same, shall look into the Rules and the facts relating to the services of the petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
