Patna High Court LPA No.1191 of 2017 dt.02-05-2018 2/2 Since there is no infirmity emerging from the order of the learned Single Judge in the given nature of dispute, there is no merit in the appeal.
Appeal stands dismissed.
The Court is informed that suit for succession has already been filed. The trial court will try to expedite the matter by ensuring due cooperation and participation of the parties. If the private respondent does not cooperate in the early disposal of the succession suit then the Court may consider stoppage of pension which is being granted to her if the occasion arises.
