2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application/representation on 24.05.2024 before the respondent no.8 but till date no action has been taken on his application.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11243 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 file a fresh representation within two weeks before the respondent no.8 and respondent no.8 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that if the order is not complied within the stipulated period, as aforesaid, this Court may take serious view of the matter.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
