It appears from the perusal of the impugned order that there is only confessional statement against the petitioner and apart from the aforesaid confessional statement, paragraph 3 of the petition reveals that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 12.05.2015 and admittedly, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Dehri, Rohtas in Dehri (T) P.S.
