Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation before the Commission and the same is pending. He submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Commission for disposal of the representation as contained in Annexure-5 series by reasoned speaking order.

Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commission to take final decision on the representation, if not already taken, within a period of two
