The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Amahra P.S. Case No.757 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is a poor lady and she has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery has been made from the house of Hiraman Chaudhary and she has no concern with the same. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

No.49103 of 2022(4) dt.23-01-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge IV-cum-Special Excise, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Amahra P.S.
