The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the representation filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10501 of 2016 dt.16-11-2016 2/2 petitioner on 23.06.2016 expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the decision of a co-ordinate Bench dated 13.06.2016 in C.W.J.C. No. 9217 of 2016, where similar relief was sought and the matter has been disposed off with a direction to the concerned respondent to dispose off the said application in accordance with law expeditiously. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner on 23.06.2016 expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the assertion made by the petitioner and the representation filed by him shall be disposed off in accordance with law/rules on its own merits.
