ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment in conviction in appeal dated 6.6.2015 in Criminal Appeal No. 50 of 2010 passed by the A.D.J. IV, Buxar under Section 304A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the impugned Judgment, I do not find any irregularity or perversity.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.

However, considering the period of custody from the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to one already undergone by the Petitioner.

In addition, the Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of
