Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that from perusal of mediation report dated 09.12.2019, it appears that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through mediation process, on the terms of settlement mutually agreed by both the parties.

No.47144 of 2019(5) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation and the fact that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the mediation process, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VII, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 650 of 2018 on the following conditions:-

(1) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
