According to the prosecution case itself, at the time of alleged recovery co-accused Dhannu Kumar was carrying seized laptop and other articles and so far as the petitioner is concerned, he was only sitting along with co-accused.

Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from para 3 to this petition. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/concerned court in Gardanibagh P.S. Case no. 82/2015.
