Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2017 having allegation that some stolen articles were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the recovered articles were household articles of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2680 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhankund Police Station Case No. 52 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
