By way of present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek quashing of the First Information Report of Pirbahore P.S.Case No. 39 of 2012 registered under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The allegations made in the First Information Report do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged.
