Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,420 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a),38,41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Country made liquor as well as foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
