Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lakhisarai( Amahara) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation is against on one Birju Mandal. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4855 of 2021(2) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Amahara) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
