Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid honorarium for the period 2010 to January, 2013. He submits that due to fault of respondent, name of the petitioner during course of computerization, was omitted which the respondents have admitted, yet they have not rectified their mistake.

Considering the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take final decision with regard to correction of list, if they admit that name

Patna High Court CWJC No.11593 of 2016 (3) dt.06-03-2018 of the petitioner was dropped. So far as payment of honorarium is concerned, the respondents are required to verify the record and if it is found that the petitioner has discharged the responsibility of Tola Sevak for the aforesaid period, the order for payment of honorarium be made within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
