Petitioner made attempt to commit rape upon the informant on 07-04-2007 but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the informant has already compromised this case.
It appears from perusal of impugned order that trial of the petitioner is going on and one prosecution witness has already been examined. Furthermore, it appears that petitioner was remanded in this case on 09-022015 and it is obvious that due to non-remand of the petitioner in the present case, his trial could not be

Accordingly, his prayed for bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 154 of 2015 arising out Rajepur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2007 pending in the court of Ist Addl. Sessions Judge, Motihari stands rejected.
