2. 2nd supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of J.P. University. The same is taken on record.

3. From the pleadings on record, it appears that the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, if the petitioner feels that any further dues to which he is entitled to has not being paid, it shall be open to her to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of J.P. University. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, giving details of the grievance before the respondent no. 7, the same shall be looked into and after verification from the records, a reasoned order shall be passed within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner in terms of the order to be passed, the same shall also be paid to her within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
