2. This writ application has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 29.05.2024 passed by the A.C.J.M.-II, Sherghati, Gaya in Barachhati P.S. Case No. 502 of 2023.

3. Since there is a remedy available to the petitioner to file a revision application against the impugned order, therefore, this petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a revision petition before the concerned Sessions Court. On submission of revision petition by the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1473 of 2024(2) dt.29-10-2024 2/2 petitioner, the learned Sessions Court is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner as early as possible preferably within 45 days from today in accordance with the relevant rules and law.
